Pathfinder 2e on Roll20, Discord

Pathfinder 2e

About the adventure

I am wanting to run one of a handful of Adventure paths from Pathfinder 1E that I have access to the list of paths are: Carrion Crown, Iron Gods, Council of Thieves, and Ruins of Azlant. The party ultimately picks the path that we run for the session time provided. I will be attempting to run one of these each weekday and on Sunday Evenings. The paths themselves will be converted by myself from Pathfinder 1E into Pathfinder 2E. We will be using all available source material for Pathfinder, most of it I own in roll20 as to allow for drag and drop, the rest can be input manually from the Paizo affiliated site Archives of Nethys. While the paths themselves have some general limits on creation outside of these limitations I will allow just about any and all character options from the official material and a selection of homebrew which are dependent on what adventure paths a group plays. Not all adventures have homebrewed content. Brief Descriptions of Adventures: Carrion Crown - The forces of the night are at war with each other as a cult attempts to revive the Lich King Tar-Baphon. Iron Gods - Ancient technological ruins exist within Numeria and some new stirrings from the region foretell that the Iron Gods are making a return and a rot will consume all of The Inner Sea. Council of Thieves - The Council of Thieves from the Westcrown region are attempting to seize power and this count result in the end of Westcrown if not stopped. Ruins of Azlant - Ancient ruins of a meteor destroyed continent, vast unexplored regions, an expedition seeking to uncover its secrets... if the ancient power that has awoken doesn't stop them first.

How to prepare

The only thing players need to do to prepare for these games is have a vague idea for what they want to play and a can do attitude. This is a beginner friendly game that I plan to use to get more people into one of my favorite table top systems. So if fun isn't the first thing on your mind then that's something we'll fix! Players can also provide art for their own characters, in fact I encourage this as a personally picked piece of art helps invest you into your own character.

What I provide

I will bring all of the required readings, handouts, and other elements that might be needed to play the game. I can also bring player art if a player requests this.

Gameplay details

I like to run Pathfinder 2E a little light on the rules, basically as long as it isn't totally game breaking the rule of cool over turns all else. That said I do like my players to have character in their characters, what this means is that while I don't expect professional grade voice acting I want everyone to treet their chracters, like a character and not just a game mechanic. Social encounters are rewarded just like combat ones in my games.

How will character creation work

We will sit down as session 0 and I will make a mock character along with the players using the Roll20 Character Sheet. I will go over what is required for building characters and we will start play at level 1 for most of the adventures.
