About the adventure
The Bodhana Group is offering 5 seats at a table to build, inject therapy and play through a session from start to finish of Kids on Bikes. A full build and first session of a Therapeutic Kids on Bikes Game. The GM will apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the creation and facilitation of the group. For participants, please think of something personal you want to work on as a focus for your character that you feel comfortable being recorded and distributed. Common themes include assertiveness, social anxiety, worry, leadership, etc. This session is not being delivered as therapy, it is being offered as an example of applying therapeutic elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to a Table-top Roleplaying Game. How to prepare
Read the Kids on Bike's Player's Book, Watch the Youtube video for live game play, bring your own dice (one of each type d4 d6 d8 d10 d12 d20), and think of something your character would work on.

Gameplay details
We will be creating characters, creating a story, and then playing a session. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy aspects will be added into all aspects of the creation and facilitation of the therapeutic table-top roleplaying game. Please bring with you something you want to work on so that we can add we model the creation and facilitation personally. As mentioned previously, we will not be delivering therapy. For safety tools, we will be using the X-Card and private messaging in a dual facilitator model.
