Play Candlekeep Mysteries transposed to DND's magic school setting, Strixhaven! The Biblioplex is perhaps the largest library in the multiverse - who knows what secrets its curious volumes hide? Read between the lines to find missing students, track down monsters, and more - just try not to judge a book by its cover!

How to prepare

Please have a microphone. Webcams are optional; I'll make sure you can always see my beautiful mug. We will handle the voice call over Discord, and the game will be played on Roll20. Both require a free account.

What I provide

I have my extensive RPG book collection to bring to bear, and if you would like a token with special art, email it to me and I'd be happy to include it before the session. Just get it to me at least an hour before, and I'll add it in. I'll even send you the PNG file of the token if you'd like.

Gameplay details

As these adventures come from an anthology, each session should be a self-contained story. Feel free to drop in or drop out for a session - we'll crack into a new book each session! This is a game suitable for all ages, so everything will be kept to a PG-13 level. Your safety is my paramount concern. If any content in an adventure is a trigger, then you are more than welcome and encouraged to let me know and it will be resolved. You can bring it up in the voice chat, or you can send me a private message on Discord or Roll20, and we can either skip the material, edit it to something else, or set out expectations for how you would like the story to go. Additionally, I will send out a survey at the end of every game, where in addition to discussing what you enjoyed in the session, you can bring up any material you found triggering so I can avoid it in the future.

How will character creation work

Bring a character whose level is appropriate to the adventure. When selecting a Background, you may choose a Student background from Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos - don't forget that Strixhaven Initiate feat! I will also have some pregenerated characters for the players to choose from.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
