About the adventure

A Starfinder one-shot adventure following the escapades of an up-and-coming stardock rock band doing their best to make it to their first major gig! Band on the Run is a fun mix of roleplay, problem solving and combat using pre-generated characters. This adventure is very beginner friendly for anyone who would like to explore the Starfinder game ssytem.

How to prepare

You'll need a microphone for Discord and will need to join my server to be able to talk to us. I'll provide that invitation as soon as you join the session.

What I provide

I'll be hosting the game on Discord for voice comms and the Foundry VTT system. My Foundry server is hosted by Forge; so performance should be consistent without needing to connect to my personal Internet connection.

Gameplay details

Twists and turns abound as you and your bandmates do your best to get to Songbird Station on time! I have a Discord server that I use for my gaming sessions. Once you're signed up I'll send the invitation over and provide the information about the pre-generated characters so you can indicate your choice. I'll also provide a link to my Foundry server (hosted on Forge) where you can connect and see the overview of the adventure in the player journal there.

How will character creation work

Characters for this one-shot are pre-generated by Paizo to fit into the adventure. I'll be providing briefs on the 4 characters you can choose from prior to the session. For last minute joiners, we can go over that during the pre-session discussion. In brief they are... Dwinite - A male ysoki technomancer. He's the keyboard player and special effects wizard for the band Nuya Pei - A female human mechanic. She's the bass player and chip mechanic for the crew. Sem Syletar Salumin - A female kasathan soldier. She takes out her frustrations on the drums but protects her "family" loyally Zhane Amellu - A male lashunta envoy. He's the lead guitar and lead singer for the band although he feels a little awkward dealing with the fans directly

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
