About the adventure
A remote mining operation at the edge of the known world has discovered a relic of immense potential while speculating in an inland cave. Far from home or resupply, a makeshift frontier fort is all that protects the operation's roughneck crew of engineer-soldiers from the unknown dangers that lurk within the swirling mists of Shadewater Seep. Can the fort's inhabitants decipher the significance of the dig, plumb its hidden treasures, and return to their island home with fortune and glory at their command? Can they even hold their outpost long enough for the return ship to arrive? Or will they simply add their bones to the layered mystery of these ancient ruins across the sea?
