Pathfinder 2e | An Introductory Game to Pathfinder Second Edition
Pathfinder 2e on Fantasy Grounds
This is an introductory game of Pathfinder Second Edition of my own design. After playing some of the Adventure Paths of the latest version, I didn't like the jive and created my own adventure geared for new adventurers ...
Don't see a time that works for you?
How to prepare
Players need to come to the game knowing that this is going to be more roleplay central than combat central. Not only does talking to an enemy will calm it down, it may even point them in the right direction. Otherwise it's combat and the players will need to be aware of this.
What I provide
As the GM/DM, I'll be bringing the maps and the storytelling aspect to the group, however I'm also going to be a player as well and will be bringing my own ideas to the game to make it stand out. Information is going to be vast and hidden, so if you don't read and don't take notes, this is not going to be my concern as you gasp in disbelief and say, "But you didn't say-" I did.
What else should you know
Players will know that if they are interested in playing someone who is handicapped, there will be situations where they will need to have the skills to bring the players together in a better light as they gain levels down the road. Other situations will need to be determined with the GM/DM through private message.
Most of the mechanics will be found within the Core Rulebook, the Advanced Players Guide and the Game Mastery Guide, there will also be some interesting mechanics such as bartering, trading and talking which I'll be incorporating through Fantasy Grounds.
How Will Character Creation Work
Character creation will be through Fantasy Grounds with session zero and the players will gain a background on the game system itself and what expectations they will get when they come in session one.
