About the adventure

A Tier 2 Adventurers League Dungeon Crawl The Horn of Iggwilv pierces the heart— look over your shoulder Before you start how many SORROW? foolish men. Because they didn’t turn back then. This is all the clue you have to make sense of what lays before you. You have a half finished map of the mountains where your benefactor thinks Iggwilv’s hidden lair can be found. The lost lair's existence, and the treasure within, were long thought to be a myth, tall tales spoken around the fire. But new evidence has surfaced and the race is on to find the gold and magic items Iggwilv reportedly locked away before she disappeared, so long ago. Many have gone searching, most haven’t returned, none have succeeded. Can you find the Lost Caverns before the your rivals? How will you make it past the inevitable traps laid by the powerful arch-mage and reach the treasure she left behind? Will you make it out alive to tell the tale and enjoy the spoils? Celebrate D&D’s 50th Anniversary with this 5e remake of a D&D classic dungeon. This is a level 9 dungeon-crawl style adventure. Premade characters will be available. How to prepare

This game is played in Foundry Virtual Tabletop, right in your browser. A computer capable of running Foundry VTT through your browser, Chrome Browser works best, but Chromebooks tend to chug https://foundryvtt.com/article/requirements/ If you haven't used Foundry I will teach you how to used it. Check this out before our first session https://foundryvtt.com/article/player-orientation/ for an idea of what to expect We will use Discord for voice, a headset is preferable over speakers. A decent microphone. It is polite to minimize background noise as much as possible while on mic. I will be using a web cam to add to the fun, however players are not obligated to be on camera. I do find it brings a little bit of that table feel to an online game.

What I provide

Music and sound effect volume is controllable on the player's side so that you can have as much or as little as you like. The Foundry Module full of visual effects, fantastic music, some automation and epic bad guys. Fun art for the Theater of the Mind moments and battlemaps for combat. A LGBTQ+ and neuro-divergent safe space

Gameplay details

I like tactics as much as roleplay in my games. I tend to have a balance of the Pillars of Play -- Combat, Exploration, and Roleplay -- in my games. Combat will be fun and engaging. I like making PCs powerful, but that doesn't mean this is a adventure to simply bulldoze through encounters. If you have any accommodations you might need, I will do my best to meet them. For example, if you cannot access Foundry, there are other ways to see the map and roll for your character. My table is a safe place that welcomes and celebrates diversity. This will always be a neuro-divergent and LGBTQIA+ safe space. We will be using a palette based on the Luxon Technique which will be stored as a Google Doc which all can add to anonymously. I also use the Safety Tools mod in Foundry, for anonymous and instant uses of various safety tools during gameplay. The following does not have a place in any of my games. Others will be added based on consent forms: • Sexual assault/non-consensual sex • Exploitation of minors • Explicit mature content (always fade to black) • Homophobia and Transphobia • Chattel Slavery • Real life racism • Torture or graphic, meaningless violence Any mentions of slavery will be based on indentured servitude, ancient Roman/Greek, and feudalism.
