About the adventure

Perfect balance leads to entropy. For creation to flourish, you must imbalance the world. The setting is Kraynor, one planet among an infinite number that drifts through the Boundless Expanse,

How to prepare

Mics and headsets are necessary to keep the game flowing. Other than that, I'd appreciate it if you would take a look at the setting here: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/kraynor-anziblackeye but I'm used to running for people of all kinds of different skill and experience levels and backgrounds.

What I provide

We play on a virtual tabletop with lots of visual aids, music, ambient tunes, and so on. I have created dozens of custom classes, maps, races, magic items, skills, features, and setpieces for my players to help bring their characters to life and get them immersed in the world and story that we build together. I also put together session reports for each session that will recap the events of the week.

Gameplay details

Typically, sessions involve either a heavy amount of non-combat RP or combat with as much RP as you would like to bring to the table. I will adjust the difficulty of combat and RP encounters as needed; a party of experienced, powerful adventurers will find the world rise to meet them with satisfying, complex encounters. Less experienced players may find the world a bit more forgiving, but failure and death are nonetheless the fate of many who walk the path of hero or villain as they attempt to unbalance the scales of fate. Puzzles are usually kept to a minimum, but this is only because they aren't everyone's cup of tea. I like to facilitate RP between players and NPCs, the environment, and each other, but of course you're free to choose to engage or disengage with this aspect of the game as you like. Even if I'm the GM, we're all really just players at the table and I just want everyone to have fun!

How will character creation work

We will have a planning session during which we will discuss the campaign and setting in deeper detail. Though we start at level 1, simply having levels puts you in a category well above most people and creatures in the world, and your advancement beyond that level will be rapid, with most players and parties reaching level 2 or 3 by the end of the very first session! Most players find it fun to create a character along with the rest of the party, but it does help to bring a character idea to the table. Not all supplements are approved for use at the table, but there are many additional homebrew options available on this website, under character creation: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/kraynor-anziblackeye

Players can expect
