About the adventure
This game takes place in the city of Pantria, that lies on the Breadlands. Princess Elcair has gone missing and the Crumble Court is in a panic over who will rule if she were gone. Steward Ryehart has secretly summoned you to find the princess as the Crumble Court schemes to take the city. This is a short campaign (about 5-8 sessions long depending on the party's preferred pace). Perfect for players that want to play in a different type of setting, or for new players that want to just try out DnD! The game will be run mostly Rules as Written, but creativity is of course welcomed! Official content only, but of coursed reskinned to food!

About me
Hi! I am a DM from Canada and I have DMed for many of my friends, and also met tons of amazing people DMing online. I've run for all sorts of players, from new to veterans, and people looking for serious games to more lighthearted games. My games are RAW, although we can discuss homebrew rules in session 0. and I am great at balancing RP and combat to the amount you want. The games are difficult, but they start off easy to wean you into the difficulty. Monsters will be played as intended, and death is a possibility. Combat can have RP elements in it and I love to reward creative thinking. I am a pretty relax DM and love all aspects of DnD, so if I see you are enjoying certain aspects more than others, I will put more of those in, and less of things you don't like. It is my job to full fill your DnD fantasy.

Creating your character
Characters should be made before the first session. I can help answer any questions along with guiding you through completely if needed. Stats are standard array or point buy (I can explain this if you do not know what this means). Starting level 2. Characters will be created on Roll20 or DnD beyond if you have the extension.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a discord and roll20 account along with a working mic. And you will also need a character but I can help you with that. You do not need to know the rules. Its easiest to learn as you play!
What Elley brings to the table
I will provide all the source books along with guiding all of you guys through the game. There will be character voices and music. As it is a short campaign, there won't be any regular hack and slash combat. All combat will have some interesting components whether its different goals than the standard kill your enemies or interesting locations.
Homebrew rules
No Flanking Drinking Healing Potions as a bonus action (roll it), or action (gives you the full heal) Even if something is against the rule, have fun with it and ask anyways! I would just make you roll to see if you can do something beyond what the paper says.

How Elley creates a safe table
I will be asking if there are any lines and veils before the campaign. During the campaign, we use X cards if something shows up that you do not like. The X is anomynous, but I understand sometimes you might not want to end other peoples fun. We also do Open Door, so when you leave, I will message you and try to get through as quickly as possible the moment and then call you back.
