About the adventure
This isn't your mom's Curse of Strahd! Tragedy is my version of the classic tale of Ravenloft with what I felt were some much-needed changes to the source material. On the surface you can expect similar things: a mystery solving adventure around Barovia where vampires, werewolves, and witches run around. However, you should also expect many new changes to characters, stories, and encounters, meaning even if you have played Strahd a dozen times, this will still be a brand new experience for you. So if you're ready, find your best dress because Countess Strahd Von Zarovich is inviting you to dinner.

Creating your character
Character creation will happen after players are invited to the sever, where we will discuss the process. Players are welcome to bring characters in mind but should expect to have some amount of conversation about their character build and backstory.

Preparing for the session
The only thing required by players is a Mic. Everything else will be provided upon invitation to the discord server, which includes character sheets (though a player is welcome to bring their preferred sheet), maps and documents, source material, and VTTs.
What Fox Venice brings to the table
I will be bringing the Revamped Special edition of Curse of Strahd (sourcebook edited by me), unique lore and map documents, session video trailers, auto-fill sheets, source books, and anything else a player may require.

How Fox Venice creates a safe table
The Tragedy of Strahd is a full length campaign that will see players journey through the land of Barovia meeting many people, getting into the share fair of fights, and plenty of puzzle and mystery to go around. Overall the splits will be relatively even as far as combat, exploration, rp, and puzzles are concerned but session to session they may not be as balanced (for example 1 session may be mostly a fight while another is mostly RP). I will have a discord server set up for the game which will include solo chats, auto fill sheets, LV documents, and links to any outside material (books, Roll20, OMM, etc).
