About the adventure
This game is for those who like Vampire the Dark Ages. It will be for mature adults and have content which could possibly trigger various things. Session 0 will go over this, but the themes/content labels on this game will give you some ideas of potential things. Not all of them will necessarily be used, but it's to give the general feeling of the dark and turbulent time of 1242 A.D. This will be a Vampire the Dark Ages 20th anniversary edition game set in 1242 A.D. in England. Primarily focused on the town of Winchester and the surrounding countryside. Although, all of England and parts of Europe or the Middle East could be involved in later stories. It will be a mixture of both historical and dark fantasy elements since VTDA is not like modern VTM. Having some general knowledge of the mid 13th century will be beneficial in helping set the tone for your characters and help with immersion.

About me
Well met, My name is Ross, I'm known as Lando_The_Archmagi on Twitter/Twitch/Discord and around the Internet. I've GMed multiple RPG systems with D&D being my favorite system since Holmes Basic. I have playtest experience with several companies and have over 3 decades of online gaming experience. I run games via my personal Discord and other TTRPG Discord servers and Roll20 where I'm a Pro user/subscriber. I've also begun using Foundry VTT for some TTRPGs since 2021. Creating your character
There will be a dedicated channel on my Discord with information on character creation. We will go over character creation and game themes etc in Session 0. You will need a copy (print or digital) of Vampire The Dark Ages 20th anniversary edition plus any supplements like the Dark Ages Companion for DA20 etc. Character sheets will be maintained on Foundry using the World of Darkness 20th anniversary system and modules.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have a reliable internet, headset/microphone, computer/tablet that can handle graphics and virtual tabletop like Foundry. Have any VTDA game materials digital or print you need. You will need a free Discord account for text/audio. You will need a free account on The Forge VTT hosting site and be able to login to my Foundry game hosted there.
What Ross brings to the table
Along with virtual tabletop and visuals (maps, artwork, scenes etc) through Discord and Foundry I will use background music to help set the tone. I enjoy roleplay as well as combat in my games. Expect Cainite politics, intrigue, violence and lots of dark fantasy from mortals and monsters.
