About the adventure

Feathers & Fire This will be an episodic High-Level Celestial Campaign with underlying tones of mythical moral dilemmas and cosmic intrigue. As players you will wield divine might as a Planetar, a celestial champion sworn to uphold cosmic balance across the planes. You will sit on a sacred council that decides when and how to intervene in the affairs of mortals, immortals, fiends, and even the Gods themselves. Each session is a stand-alone mission drawn from the ever-turning tapestry of the multiverse—rescue a dying god, battle a demonic incursion in the Feywild, inspire confidence in a paladin losing faith or mediate a divine schism threatening to tear the heavens apart. Whether you join once or return many times, your voice helps shape the fate of countless worlds. Expect: high-stakes celestial roleplay, mythic combat and planar travel, moral decisions with real consequences, flexible attendance—commit as you can! This campaign will run weekly on Sundays at 7pm Eastern Standard time. I will try to design each 3-hour session to be opened and closed as a standalone adventure meaning you can join every session (100 total at least) or when you can. Each Sunday the campaign will run with two to six players max to ensure the group is not too large, giving everyone a voice at the table. Your first session fee will be waived by the Gods themselves. If you are part of this campaign and attending regularly I will offer one free play-by-post each week between sessions.

About me

My name is Kevin. I am the host of Northern Dungeon Master. I enjoy running epic Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. When I run games I create or an amazing module, I unleash my strong, creative side and use my tools of ink and parchment infused with the magic of the weave to transport players from this world to the other planes of existence. Be it the burning Nine Hells, the place of chaotic soupy energy called Limbo or the stable but wondrous Prime. I played the game for the first time at 16 years old (34 years ago) and it was like discovering an unmapped part of my mind. I soon learned the art of dungeon mastering both in adventure creation and execution. I became a storyteller, a designer of worlds and a dungeon master who can be a frenzied orc one minute and a snooty elf noble, the next. As a writer and DM, I must anticipate the choices of players but, also know to adjust to choices that may drive the story in an unplanned direction. I like a good challenge. I revel in planning fantasy adventures, particularly ones where the lesser of all evils must be chosen. This, even if it may be cruel, or worse, tormenting to the party paladin. A good quest tests a character’s strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence, wisdom and charisma. And finally, a good epic journey will ensure all players are vaulted to hero status. I am interested in learning more about your needs in terms of game. Let's meet in a session 0. I look forward to hearing from you! Kevin Northern Dungeon Master
