About the adventure

You’re a group of high-end professional thieves contracted to pull off three lucrative heists. The terms are simple and clear: you're provided the intel and tech, and in exchange, you take the heat and your cut. When you’ve completed all three jobs you’ll be given the first class flight out of the city with brand new identities and enough money to retire. Then everything went wrong. Your first heist was a cakewalk. The second was almost one as well, before it went off the rails. Now you’re staring down an impossible job of breaking into the Imperial gold reserves, taking your final cut, planting a bomb, and making it out alive; all while the Bluecoats are breathing down your neck. Now you know why the Golden Hand brought you on. You’re unaffiliated and expendable. If you get caught, they will make sure you never rat them out. If you make it out, the gold you steal won’t dent their bottom line, and if you don’t, well there is always the Golden Ticket. If you pull off the heist, but get cut down by the Bluecoats, all it will take is a bribe to the morgue, then they claim the corpse and cram your soul into android bodies, all shining gold and chrome, but hey, in their eyes, you’ve paid your dues, and you’ll be one of them. At least you have options.

What Michael Garcia brings to the table

Character creation is optional. Those who wish to make their own members of The Crew, will be offered guidance by me through chat from 08-22 to the day before the game's start date. Otherwise, a pregenerated crew of player characters will be available to view and select. The game will be hosted on a custom virtual tabletop on Roll20 featuring handouts, character sheets, ambient music, and macros. First half-hour will be the onboarding with the next hour planning the last big heist. This will be followed by a short break and the remaining time will be spent on the heist and the epilogue. Expect intense stealth action and the possibility of character death and failure. However, nothing will be forced on you. If you don't want to embrace failure, feel free to ask for mitigation and we will find a way your PCs gets out of it alive.
