You want to play Vampire The Masquerade but don't know how to start? Wanna play with some friends about being superpowered beings with a darkness twisting inside them, fighting their rotten core? Do you wanna fight against the injustices of people who use this power for evil? Or maybe do you only want to take that position of power for yourself? Play Vampire The Masquerade with me! Click the "Join Campaign" button and let's start playing! - What will you do? - - You will learn the rules for Vampire The Masquerade fifth edition introducing rules bite by bite, learn about vampire clans, your curse of Hunger, and the vampire society. - Play as a recently embrace vampire, your end was quick and sudden, so your memory is still hazy on a lot of stuff, hopefully you can recover fast, it seems you are trapped in a dark and cold room. - Create a meaningful character with me, or pick one of the options the module has to offer, we will flesh out your character while we play FAQ: - Do I need previous knowledge of the game? No! I will explain the game as we play along, as well as rules and lore explanations before, like a Q&A - What is the tone for the game? The game is really sandbox-y, while the Camarilla has lots of political intrigue and social encounters, sometimes you need to sharpen your battle fangs, all of this while you fight against hurting your loved ones, or the innocent. It's gothic horror: the horror of hurting to a point of no return is present. - How many are required to start? I will start with just one person, more can join along the way! Maybe with a bit of retconning, but nothing too jarring. Creating your character
We will communicate before session zero to prepare you and your character creation, if you want to make a character, we will spend a good time of the process here, making the final touches on the session zero alongside your fellow players! If you don't want the hassle of making a new character, you can pick an already made-character from a selection of the module, I will present to you your available options and give you recommendations for what I think you might like!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a roll20 account, alongside a discord account for accessing the discord server. You don't really need anything else, but I really appreciate seeing the faces of my players! I will have my camera on, even if no one else is showing their own faces.
What Joaquín brings to the table
I will provide a camera, silly voices when I have the chance, and ambient music with roll20's system. We will not have a lot of combat encounters, and I appreciate and reward creativity on rolls and roleplaying!

How Joaquín creates a safe table
We will use X, N, and O's card provided by the digital roll20 system, I will also explain how to send me a private message to stop the game anonymously if needed! We will have a long session zero about Vampire: The masquerade rules and the possible areas it may touch upon, I use the lines and veils system, so we can have some clear lines about play. I do not tolerate players harassing other players, insulting them, or making another player uncomfortable. I try my best to make my table a place you can be comfortable! This also means that, if such a thing occurs, I am not afraid to talk to the players involved and keep the table safe. After every game I want to make sure all the players are not only taken care of with their limits, but also what they liked and disliked about the game, this helps me grow as a storyteller and know where to make the characters go next
