About the adventure
A wacky western fantasy adventure where you'll fight to win your fortune, clear your name, bring justice (or vengeance) to those who've wronged you, and (hopefully) even save the city itself. Along the way you'll meet friends, foes, and eccentrics galore, and rise from Alkenstar's dank sewers to the sunlit skies above.

About me
Hello! I'm David, and I've been DM/GMing for about 8 years now, though storytelling has been a passion for much longer. I got into TTRPG's with Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, and I've since found a love for running games in the Savage Worlds (SWADE) and Pathfinder 2nd Edition systems. I love to tell collaborative stories and got my start with forum RP's, then branched into TTRPG's when I realized how fun collaborative storytelling can be when neither party has full control of the outcome. It gives every storyline a bunch of unique twists that are often just as good or better than the ones that could be planned. And it can have some pretty epic tactical combat, which I'm also a huge fan of.

Creating your character
Your character will start at level one, and we'll be using the free archetype variant rule. You'll also have access to expanded content from Team+ (such as essence casting).
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You'll need a discord account, and your access to Foundry will be set up in session one. If you'd like to familiarize yourself with Pathfinder 2e beforehand, all the rules can be accessed on the Archives of Nethys and character builds can be explored via Pathbuilder2e. Reading the Outlaws of Alkenstar player's guide before session one will also be very helpful.
What Indringer brings to the table
I'll be hosting and running the foundry server myself, and access will be provided during session one. We'll be using the official foundry module, and I'll also be providing extensive third-party content for use in character creation via the various Team+ class and feature modules. I use character voices during roleplay, and will work to find ways to tie character backstories into the narrative, as well as assist in character and backstory creation as needed. As far as rules adherence, I tend to prefer sticking to rules as written but also utilize a lot of homebrew in my games. The main thing is that the application of rules and extra content is consistent.
Homebrew rules
We'll be using the free archetype variant rule, and you'll have access to all the Team+ character options, including resourceless essence casting if you're playing a spellcaster.

How Indringer creates a safe table
There will be a consent checklist in the foundry world that all participants will have access to (and that will be locked from editing once everyone finishes filling it out), and we'll also be using an X, N, and O card module for anything that may come up during play. Breaks also can and will be taken as needed by both the players and myself.
