About the adventure
In the kingdom of Soul, a contest of the best, most famous, most talented Bard Pop idols is about to begin. You and your band of Level 10 Bard Idols have a chance to win it all and become legends in the B-Pop world. But you are more than just superstar Bards- you are Demon Fighterz, and now, with fans lending their support and magic from around the world, you have a chance to seal the Demons away for good. But these crafty, evil spirits won't go down without a fight. They're sure to be sending agents to try and corrupt the contest, find a way to break the barrier, and invade the mortal world to feast on living souls. Will you and your band of Idols be charismatic, clever, and cool enough to stop them? Let's find out! As you've guessed, this is a loving rip off of K-Pop Demon Hunters. So if you love the movie, if you think Bards are fun, if you like the idea of trying a unique one shot or even if you just want to feel like a superstar for a while, this is the game for you! Premade character sheets will be available, This game is designed as either a lengthy one shot, or 2-4 smaller sessions.

About me
Hello! I'm Jacob, AKA The Infinite Storyteller, or Teller for short. Let me blend game systems, emotional investment, colorful NPCs, exotic locales, and sheer chaos to create the next story you'll tell people about for years. I love to tell stories across settings and systems. I gravitate to tales of the surreal and the cerebral, but I love to tell any sort of story, and the crazier the idea the better. If you love making a character you care about and sending them through an adventure that veers into the unexpected with a GM who cares deeply about player choice and player safety, we’ll have a great time. No matter what sort of game we play I will bring: 📚Well researched and prepped games. I channel my curiosity (also read hyperfixation) into research projects and make them into games. 🎭Big, colorful NPCs. I challenge myself to so fully commit to the bit that my players feel free to be silly and immerse themselves in the story. A range of character voices, good and bad, is a constant at my table. 🧙Immersive Stories. I use music, maps, art, and VTTs to help paint the picture for players and give them more to respond to. 🎉An aggressive “Yes, and” attitude. I’m here to figure out how we can tell the story you want to tell, not keep you from it. 👐Dedication to Safety. I have a “do no harm” policy for tabletop games. Your safety and comfort will always be paramount at my table. So step into a realm of infinite stories, and let's laugh together, cry together, and adventure together!

Creating your character
I will have several premade character sheets that players can use. I will also provide players with a resource document, which will contain a link to DNDBeyond. If you aren't using a premade character you can create your character using that link.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should show up to our group session zero with some ideas of the character they want to make. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the player resource I will provide before we first meet. We will play on Discord and Roll20, so players will need accounts for those platforms. Additionally, players will need a microphone and headphones for audio input/output. While not required, I strongly encourage cameras to be on during my games, so webcam is strongly preferred.
What Infinite Storyteller (Teller) brings to the table
Prior to our first meeting and Session Zero I will share several links. These will take you to my Discord Server, the Roll20 Campaign, and player resource links on the DNDBeyond website. I will also provide a resource article via Worldanvil to give players some setting info and character creation guidance. During sessions I will be bringing all of my tools to bear to make the game awesome. I use a variety of character voices, music tracks, visual aids, and fast paced, high octane gameplay while we Rule of Cool our way to a raucously good time.
Homebrew rules
We will be using a blend of 2014 and 2024 DND Rules, with a bias towards rulings that are favorable to players. I will include a few mechanics to better reflect some of the themes of K-Pop Demon Hunters. These mechanics will be simple to understand, and will be introduced through gameplay.

How Infinite Storyteller (Teller) creates a safe table
Prior to Session Zero all players will fill out the Monte Cook RPG Consent Checklist, and return the completed checklist to me to review. We will discuss any concerns players have prior to the first session. During gameplay players can introduce a line or veil either verbally or via DM in real time. This functions as an immediate safety tool if something becomes unexpectedly uncomfortable. Player safety is my top priority.
