About the adventure

ADVENTURERS WANTED! Storyteller Seeks Bold Souls. Loose Threads. Unfinished Tales. Madam Windfall, collector of stories, dealer in coincidence, and occasional cause of trouble, is seeking a capable band of adventurers for a series of short engagements. No single quest binds this work. Instead, expect fragments, rumors, and moments where the world seems slightly off-script. Some whispers speak of a wizard who vanished into his own impossibly tall tower, along with the unfortunate soul sent to check on him. Others mention a carnival that should not exist, appearing where swamps once swallowed the unwary, its lights bright enough to make one forget why they were afraid in the first place. There are stories of laughter turning sharp, of magic misbehaving, and of chaos wearing a cheerful smile. Madam Windfall does not promise glory, nor does she guarantee safety. What she does offer are opportunities: mysteries left half-told, places that shift when you are not looking, and situations that spiral quickly from curiosity to catastrophe. Each tale stands on its own, yet all share a common thread: someone needs adventurers who are clever, adaptable, and willing to step into uncertainty without knowing how the story ends. Applicants should be comfortable with strange magic, sudden tonal shifts, and events that may be humorous one moment and perilous the next. Exploration, problem-solving, and improvisation are strongly encouraged. Combat may occur, but clever thinking is often the sharper blade. Payment varies by tale, but stories worth telling always leave their mark. If you are interested, follow the rumor, take the wrong turn, or listen closely when the wind seems to speak your name. Madam Windfall is already watching.

Character creation

Creating your character

I use Heroic stats 17 16 15 13 11 9. You also get 1 rare item and 2 uncommon. You can use Foundry or DND Beyond to build your character. I have a good portion of classes and books, homebrew materials rely on what I have in Foundry or if they are importable from DND Beyond.
