About the adventure

Welcome to a Crown of Salt and Sugar a deadly food-fantasy campaign inspired by the tone of political intrigue from a Crown of Candy and the Ravening War You will begin at level 3 as unusual heroes, nobles, exiles, mercenaries, spies, rebels, or unlikely survivors in a world where food is culture, identity, religion, and war. The campaign will take your characters from level 3 to level 8. This game is for players who enjoy roleplay, intrigue, dramatic choices, strange fantasy, emotional character moments, and dangerous combat. Expect royal feasts, assassination attempts, battlefield chaos, absurd food puns, moral dilemmas, tragic NPCs, and moments where the table laughs one minute and goes completely silent the next. At my table, I focus on cinematic storytelling, voices, music, vivid descriptions, and making your character feel deeply tied to the world. Newer players are welcome, but this campaign works best if you want to invest in your character, care about the party, and enjoy a story where your choices can change alliances, start wars, save nations, or doom them.

About me

Too many ideas, never enough dice! Hi, my name is Kuba. I love tabletop RPGs where players can make meaningful choices, create memorable character moments, and enjoy a relaxed but well-structured table. I’ve been passionate about tabletop games for as long as I can remember. I run games as a GM for 3 years now. My games are friendly, immersive, and easy to get into. I care about clear communication, good pacing, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and immersed at the table. I’m happy to run for both experienced players and people who are completely new to RPGs. I run ambitious homebrew campaigns, emotional one-shots, and, if desired, custom-built adventures with familiar anime, pirate, court-intrigue etc. vibes. If you want a GM who brings story, humor, tension, and a welcoming table atmosphere, we’ll probably have a great time playing together ;)

What Kuba brings to the table

At my table, I focus on cinematic storytelling, voices, music, vivid descriptions, and making your character feel deeply tied to the world. I am in favor of Rule of Cool and I love doing voices and accents. I also emphasize music

Homebrew rules

- Drinking potions as a BA - Falling damage revised (will be discussed at Session 0) - You all start the session with Inspiration and can have one at a time - You can spend Inspiration to gain advantage on any roll, or to give advantage to another character on their roll.  - You regain your Inspiration if you do something meaningful that elevates another players character (at my discretion) - homebrewed crafting and projects system (will be discussed at Session 0) - surprised condition 2024 rules
