About the adventure
This is not a pre-written, linear module. In this campaign, we don't follow a script, instead we write the story together at the table. I build my adventures around your backstories. The enemies you face, the allies you make, and the mysteries you solve will be deeply personal to your hero. If you love the open-world, player-driven narratives of actual plays like Critical Role or High Rollers, this is the table for you. The world is entirely open, and as a party, you will make the informed choices that steer the narrative. While Aurelium is an open world, you won't be left to wander aimlessly without purpose. Instead, you will constantly be presented with meaningful choices based on the clues, rumors, and lore you uncover. Hello! I’ve been creating worlds for the last four years. My TTRPG journey began at 17 when I took on the mantle of Game Master to introduce my friends to the hobby. I fell in love with the role of the GM. Because I started by teaching others, I pride myself on being patient, clear, and ready to help players of all experience levels. I specialize in Dungeons & Dragons 5e, set within rich, expansive, custom, open worlds where your character's choices have real consequences. My table prioritizes immersion and roleplay. When it comes to the mechanics, if you have a creative idea that makes the scene more epic or emotional, I’m going to try to make it happen, even if the rules may disagree. We can always turn a cool moment into a consistent house rule later. I put a lot of time and effort into the production value of my games to give you a professional experience. Creating your character
Session 0, we will be creating our characters together. If you do not own the players handbook or any other resources for character creation, don't worry, I will provide it all. We will be starting at Level 1 and using the Point Buy system or rolling for stats, individual player choice here.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, a decent microphone with headphones, and a Discord account for voice chat and campaign updates. We will be using roll 20 for the game.
What Adrian brings to the table
I will provide a summary of the world's current state and lore around which you can create your character's backstory, and I will provide all the pdf's you need. I provide a safe, inclusive space where your creative ideas are rewarded, and your character’s backstory is woven directly into the plot of my custom world. You can expect a game filled with character voices, custom maps, atmospheric ambient sound and music, and a balance of tactical combat and meaningful storytelling.

How Adrian creates a safe table
We will fill out a consent form on session 0, which will be respected throughout the whole campaign. I will be checking in with each player individually between sessions. At the end of each session, we will talk about what was great and what can be improved. X, N, and O cards can be messaged to me on Discord at any time.
