About the adventure
Eberron Train Heist is a level 1 wild west one-shot for those new to D&D 2024. You and the other players head for Quickstone, a frontier town, to make your fortunes or otherwise. However, as bandits attack your train, you're forced to fight back and confront their gargoyle leader. Or perish. To make learning D&D as easy as possible, I include: 🔹6 pre-made characters to choose from. Each comes with a default background and usage guide. 🔹Cheat sheets, making relevant rules easy to find. 🔹Handouts, maps, and art for immersion and clear communication.

About me
Hi👋, I'm Franc, better known as Golvin. I'd like to be your GM. While I mainly run D&D, Call of Cthulhu, and Alien RPG, my real pleasure is trying new modules and systems. (Cowboy Bebop RPG anyone?) Which has led me to a specialization in running one-shots, often including highly detailed handouts, pre-made characters, and other player aids. What to expect
Preparing for the session
To participate in the game, you will need: ✔️A Roll20* account (free), ✔️A Discord account (free), ✔️A microphone, ✔️A headset or quiet space (i.e. no background noise please). *Roll20 doesn't do well with touch screens.

How Golvin - One-Shot GM creates a safe table
After joining, I'll ask players if they have any hard content boundaries (Lines) or permissible content preferably skimmed over (Veils). Defaults are: ❌ Sexual content, especially violence. ❌ Torture and other acts of blatant cruelty/sadism. (Line) ❌ Negatively impacting another player's character without their consent. (Line) ❌ Gratuitous depictions of violence and/or gore. (Line) ❌ Bigotry and racism, real or fantastic. (Line) ✖️ Romance (Veil. It hogs the spotlight.) During the game, if anything disturbs you, please tell me, leave an "X" in the chat, or privately message me. I will then remove the offending or skip past it. Likewise, if you feel the adventure is going in an unsavory direction but use an "N" instead. I will also check in if I notice anything is off.
