About the adventure

Welcome to Naedor the years is 2460 years after the rising of the Sidvar era, one of the most important events that change the world, nations have stablished and alliances have formed, you enter at this moment as part of one of the greatest Guilds in the world, the Aethrian guild of the Golden Crest, recruited for somewhat mysterious reasons, you are thrown into an investigation that will lead you to some of the greatest secrets of the world, can you and your team help the Guild to uncover the mysteries that will arise or will you follow a different path. I like to run the table by envolving the players in the story, expect good roleplay and a immersive story, and memorable characters. Meaningful choices and interaction are at the core, with exciting twists and a world that reacts to the events that unfold. All accompanying the players in this journey, romance, betrayal and what comes between are also on the table if the party is willing.

About me

Hi I am a Level Designer with a few years of experience in the creation of stories and worlds. I am also a father and having a family really gave me a new perspective on things, and has made me more driven to enjoy things and share that joy with my family and others. I have a passion for games (videogames, TTRPGs, fantasy, roleplaying and a lot more) since I can remember, and that is what led me to learn how to create games and make a career out of it as a game dev, but more than that I love games and fantasy beyond just a career, and have been playing TTRPGs both as a player and DM for many years, and that also allowed me to create my own setting and soon own TTRPG. I am happy to have the opportunity to share that world with others now, I will focus on bringing original stories (with DnD and some other TTRPGs mechanics) for people to enjoy and inmmerse in.

Character creation

Creating your character

As part of a free Session 0 we wil flesh out characters, you can bring your character ideas to the session or have it discussed prior just DM me and we can work it, if you join late to the campaign you will still get a free session 0 to put you up to date, We use lines and veils and debrifing after each session, if there is anything you need to discuss before starting, just let me know and we can accomodate. Content: Be sure to ask for the Eths, a group of unique to the world of Naedor races(you can ask in discord prior to the session if you are curious on that for your character) Stats roll: 6d20 System* is a simple yet effective way to get your stats. Start Level: 3 HP is rolled per level. No Emcumbrance Use of VSM for spells(But dont worry this is mostly for flavour).

The current party

Think of what you want to bring to the table dont worry about making it fit, i prioritize story integraton over mechanical optimization. - If you have any character ideas you can bring them to the table and they will be adjusted to the setting - All are welcomed, any level of experience in TTRPGs. - Any doubt you can also ask in the discord before the next session. -Also ask if you need help to get the character ready. -We use World Anvil for lore and session reports, and Aurora Character Builder as a prefab for character sheets of DnD books. -For Homebrew races I will handle info for character creation.

What to expect

What Wolfbrens brings to the table

I love immersion and story telling, each character, place and plot will be there for you to explore and have fun, I enjoy player interaction and enjoy enhancing your stories within the world. I have spend a good time crafting this experience for players to discover, and i love creating new experiences with the unique personalities each player brings to the table. Besides that I have created a set of elements unique for this campaign, trying to make them with high detail and care: -Custom maps. -Interesting NPCs and storytelling with a focus on branching narrative (the world moves on and your choices matter.) -Immersion, your character is important to you and as such it will have a roll in the world. -Lore Background to keep things focused on the game but have actual info on the general lore at your disposal. You can read the lore basics: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/naedor-wolfbrens -New Monsters: 30+ creatures to fight, tame, befriend or run from. -Unique Pantheon (The "213 fragments" of the Gods): An entire Pantheon of gods, fragments, mythical beasts and champions. -Pixel Art personalized character tokens for each player. **(for now focused on more traditional races but soon to expand)** -Each week you also unlock tokens for NPCs (Collect them all XD)

Safety

How Wolfbrens creates a safe table

Expect some good to heavy role-playing, combat and puzzles will change and depend on the party choices, befriend, betray, escape or negotiate, "not all the problems are nails and not all solutions are hammers" approach. I prefer good communication always, lines and veils, debriefing, and always be in communication so everyone can have fun.
