About the adventure
Pathfinder 2nd edition (PF2e, for short) is a relatively hard system to get into. It shares one trait with its predecessor, the overwhelming number of choices both in and out of combat. Fixing the Results is a game designed for absolute beginners that teaches players by making them actually play the game. By piloting one of the 6 premade would-be gladiators, you will learn the basics of PF2e's main gameplay in areas of combat, exploration, and roleplay. Fixing the Results is a game about the Silverrun arena, an arena that prides itself on only having volunteer gladiators on its roster. The arena's current champion is Marduk the Cruel of Orcish descent, someone who got his title ironically by rarely killing his opponents. Leaving them to heal from their injuries. The pre-written characters all have their own motivation to be here, for reasons as personal as connecting with their heritage and impersonal as a simple job. Though these motivations are always open to being changed by the players piloting them.

About me
Hello, I am Aslan, the impartial judge of your games, all your future friends and foes, and any other fancy euphemisms you can come up with for a game master! I am a 25 year old Queer man from Turkey, a country that doesn't have a big TTRPG culture, yet I managed to get interested in it and start running games in real life. Now, tabletop games are frankly part of my life I can't do without. I am one of the only DMs in my local DnD group which as far as I know is the only one within hundreds of kilometers. Now, I want to share a bit about where I started. I started playing TTRPGs when I was 16 on a D&D 5e West Marches-style campaign run on Discord. I have a love for the fantasy genre in any kind of media and that translates to ttrpgs. Pathfinder 2e, D&D 5e, and Fabula Ultima are my favourite systems. If you are similarly interested in fantasy games, take a look at my tables, or message me so we can talk more about other fantasy games. I'm always open to broadening my library!

Creating your character
Players will not make their own characters, as I believe it is confusing to make a pf2e character for the first time before they know any of the rules of the game. However, the pre-generated characters are designed to be customizable to an extent. The players will be able to choose the name, gender, age, and general behavior of the pre-generated characters to fuel their roleplay. Ideally, players would pick their pre-generated characters before our session; however, it is not a requirement, and we can delegate characters at the start of our session. Here is the list of pre-generated characters made for this game: ⚔️- Unnoble: Dwarf Ranger with the Runaway Noble background ⚔️- Scoundrel: Human Aiuvarin (Half-elf) Rogue with the Street Urchin background ⚔️- Unwanted Squire: Human Fighter with the Squire background. ⚔️- Little Giant: Orc Barbarian with the Farmer background. ⚔️- Storyteller: Gnome Bard with the Entertainer background ⚔️- Impoverished Student: Elf Wizard with the Student of Magic Background. All of these characters have one-page documents detailing how one can play them with summarized details of useful actions they have alongside another document that details actions all characters can do. In the case a player still wants to make a character of their own I am open to working with them to create a character to their liking up until 24 hours before the game time
What to expect
Preparing for the session
you will need the following: ⚡️ an account on forge-vtt.com for gameplay ⚡️ A discord account for communication
What Aslan brings to the table
In this game specifically I will provide the basics of how PF2e as a game system works along with how Foundry as a Virtual Tabletop (VTT) system works! I will use foundry systems to provide background music, maps, and automations for ease of play. Introducing players to the system with the expected combat difficulty of this system.
Homebrew rules
I have my own homebrew rules I use when I run PF2e; however, for the sake of this one-shot being a universal learning experience, there will be no homebrew rules used.

How Aslan creates a safe table
I will admit this game has some content that might be disturbing to the audience. The acts that are shown in content warnings are not glorifed and all of these acts are done by villianous characters. We will take a break 90 minutes within the session, during that time you are welcome to let me know if how I depicted the content I did was uncomfortable for you and how I can improve. Privately or publically. As for X,N,O cards You can message these cards in forge chat or on discord. Again, them being public or private is your choice. If I get an X card, we will take a short moment so I can remove the triggering content from the game by retconning it
