About the adventure
Welcome one, welcome all, to our rocky harbor along the sea! A string of strange disappearances have been plaguing our weary home and we simply can't bear to lose any more of our own... So, we sent word inland in search anyone willing to help us with our troubles and it would seem you sorry sods were foolish or desperate enough to accept, ha ha! *The captain claps you on the back* We appreciate you answering our call, or course, it's just most folks don't care for us none on account of how far out of th' way we are. Anyway, follow me! The Beached Whale is run down and the company is a bit rough, but its the only place a man can get a decent drink! Ha ha! Ha... *His hearty laugh trails off at the end* - Mr. Wakefield, Captain of the Ocean's Pride, the boat you arrived on ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Since arriving on the docks, you've been met with the sight of skies perpetually dark as though on the verge of a terrible storm at any moment and felt the falling of rain nonstop, though varying in intensity, at least. The people who live here are as elusive as the sun, shunned by the rest of Massachusetts for the strange happenings in the town and their...less than welcoming personalities... At least some of the residents seem happy to have you here! So happy that they may never let you leave...

Creating your character
Character creation will be done during session 0. We will go over the setting of the game more fully so you can build an investigator that fits within the world. Feel free to come with an idea for your investigator, but don't generate any stats prior to session 0!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a webcam, mic, and a quiet place to play. We will conduct our game over Roll20 and Discord, both requiring a (free) account to use. More information is in the Discord server.
