About the adventure
The classic Curse of Strahd adventure adapted to the roleplaying system Draw Steel. A gothic horror setting where people live in despair, in desperate need for heroes to save the day. Draw Steel makes the adventure more heroic than horror, though, as characters are more capable and equipped to survive the perils they have to face. The adventure is still similarly challenging, requiring teamwork and tactics to survive. With a good mix of combat, social encounters, exploration and a few puzzles, I also like taking your characters and preferences into mind, adding plots and quests personal to your character's story.

About me
I have played D&D for many years, but as MCDM's new system Draw Steel released, I immersed myself in it, and am running several campaigns in the system, finding it a fantastic system to scratch the roleplaying itch.

Creating your character
You will have access to resources needed for character creation, and are free to contemplate your character before session zero, though we mostly finalize characters during session zero. The adventure starts with first level characters, and all classes in the Heroes book as well as the Beastheart and Summoner are available. Characters will be created on FoundryVTT.

What Sami brings to the table
I utilize ambient music and animated sceneries and battlemaps with a landing page where you can document your adventures. I do my best with voices and dialects to differentiate characters, and provide challenging combat that occasionally can be deadly. I happily help with rules and guide people not as familiar with the Draw Steel system as we play.
