About the adventure
The quiet and peaceful valley of Ravensdale has long sat untouched by the world around it. Its people live life at their own pace in the sheltered valley. At the valley's heart lies the village of Ravenhome, which sits amongst the ruins of Old Gwyrdolin, an ancient civilisation from a bygone age of swords and sorcery. These days practitioners of the Old Ways are mostly called upon to help heal wounds from farming accidents and predict harvests than to actually do battle with evil. They're currently celebrating the annual Sapsauce festival, in which the whole village participates in the harvest and preparation of a delicious sweet syrup from the Tubroot trees that grow nearby. Beneath the valley, though, a creeping evil wakes and seeps its way into the land, causing Creatures of Twilight to once more stalk the dales and threaten the peace of it's inhabitants. It's down to a group of humble heroes, thrown together by fate, to find out what's going on and put a stop to it!

About me
I'm an experienced GM who's been telling stories since 1995; and telling them in the form of TTRPGs since 2010. I always wanted to write for a living and I kept hearing about D&D; these mythical games where the goal was slaying monsters, saving the world and above all weaving a legendary tale with friends, but it took me over a decade to find an actual table to join. When I heard about Startplaying I couldn't wait to sign up and make these games that I love accessible to everyone that wants to play.
