About the adventure
"A crack in the frozen wilderness has opened—revealing something that should have remained buried. Beneath the ice, you discover a structure untouched by time: black stone, impossibly smooth, etched with symbols you do not understand… yet somehow feel. This is no ruin. This place was built to contain something. And the seal is already broken. You will descend into a lost Netherese vault, navigate its alien geometry, and uncover the truth behind the ancient obelisks suspended in its depths. But the deeper you go, the clearer it becomes: you are not the first to enter. And something inside is beginning to wake." - Explore a buried Netherese structure beneath the frozen wastes - Uncover hidden truths through investigation and environmental storytelling - Interact with mysterious crystal obelisks containing… something alive - Survive a dynamic wilderness pursuit before reaching the vault - Face a cinematic final encounter shaped by your choices - Make meaningful decisions that affect difficulty, pacing, and outcome You weren’t sent here to save the world. You were sent to find out what happened. Now you just have to make it back out.

About me
I’m a Dungeon Master who puts players at the heart of every story. My games focus on character choices, meaningful consequences, and a shared narrative built together at the table. I run both official D&D 5e adventures and carefully crafted homebrew content, always adapting the story to the group’s interests and playstyle. Whether you enjoy deep roleplay, tense exploration, or cinematic combat, my goal is to create immersive sessions where your characters truly matter and the world reacts to who they are and what they do.

Creating your character
You’ll choose from a selection of pregenerated level 3 characters, each ready to step into the mystery. Pick the one that fits your style and dive straight into the adventure—no preparation needed.

What Dungeon Maxter brings to the table
I run immersive D&D sessions, with carefully selected music and ambient sound to support a strong theater-of-the-mind experience. NPCs and environments are fully characterized to make the world feel alive and reactive to your choices. Combat encounters are designed to be dynamic and cinematic, with meaningful positioning, evolving threats, and engaging objectives. I embrace the Rule of Cool to create memorable moments, while still staying grounded in the core rules of the game—balancing narrative freedom with mechanical clarity.
Homebrew rules
I use a maximized critical hit rule: on a critical hit, damage dice are maximized before rolling additional dice. This creates powerful, cinematic moments for players—but also adds real danger, as even weaker enemies can become unexpectedly deadly. A little extra spice at the table!

Safety
How Dungeon Maxter creates a safe table
At the start of the session, I’ll provide a brief introduction to the adventure’s themes and tone, so everyone knows what to expect. During play, I use an integrated safety tool in Foundry VTT that allows players to signal discomfort at any time in a simple and unobtrusive way. A mid-session break (timing agreed together with the group) helps maintain comfort and focus. At the end of the session, we’ll have a short debrief to decompress and share feedback.
