About the adventure
Beneath the city of Waterdeep lies Undermountain—a sprawling, ever-changing dungeon carved by the infamous Halaster Blackcloak. This is not a single dungeon. It’s a labyrinth of 23+ levels, each with its own environment, factions, secrets, and horrors. Ancient ruins, arcane experiments, lost civilizations, and deadly creatures all exist side by side—stacked miles deep beneath the surface. Join us as we crawl through the maze of madness and gain treasure and glory along the way!

Welcome! I’ve been running tabletop RPGs for nearly a decade and love the magic that happens when a group of players comes together to build a story. My goal as a Game Master is to create a table where everyone feels welcome, engaged, and excited to see what happens next. I enjoy crafting immersive worlds filled with memorable characters, tense encounters, and moments of genuine laughter and surprise. Dndbeyond, I will get a campaign link to you. We will use 2014 rules, unless 2024 is requested.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
I prefer Teams for Audio/Video. We will use Roll20 as a VTT and we will use dndbeyond for characters.
What Matt brings to the table
This will be a little bit more of a grounded experience, we will stick to the rules, but never let them get in the way of a good story. I like to keep things fun and friendly, no PVP just good ol' fashioned dungeon crawling.
