About the adventure
Once a month, when the full moon ascends, the veil of reason buckles, and the night contorts into an unholy dream. The soil splits, birthing jagged crystals that pulse with colors no mortal eye has seen. The heavens crack with octarine thunder, bleeding madness upon the land. Flesh, beast, and stone alike writhe beneath its influence, reshaping into pale horrors of sinew and hunger. This accursed night is called The Hunt. It is neither a festival nor a punishment, but a trial upon humanity. Those who dare walk beneath the moon’s fractured gaze are branded Hunters, souls unmoored from mercy, drawn by the promise of purpose or oblivion. Few endure until dawn, for the Hunt devours all. Yet still they come, clutching their blades, their faith, and their madness, to stand against a world that no longer remembers its own shape.

About me
What is up! My name is Lee, and I was born a nerd. Comics, Video Games, Movies, and Books, I've always loved fantasy in all its forms. I got into Dungeons and Dragons just months before Baldur's Gate 3 came out, and after putting in over 2000 hours, I dove into the tabletop game fully. I've been playing in several games a week since then, until I recently decided to try my hand at DMing. I've been periodically DMing for personal friends since January of 2025, and now I want to open my absolutely wild, bizarre, grimdark, hope-filled but not too hope-filled world to others seeking high-level Dungeons & Dragons games.

What Lee brings to the table
I will bring the maps, multiple interesting characters, background music and a plenty of monsters for you to beat up on.
Homebrew rules
I prioritize Rule of Cool. We are here to tell a story. Casters needn't worry about components unless it has a specified gold value. Feel free to ask if you intend on using such spells. In rare circumstances, I will use Super Advantage or Super Disadvantage, specifically in situations where the target of certain saving throws is in a specifically good or bad condition (ie a character attacking a monster that is blinded, restrained, and frightened will have Super Advantage).

How Lee creates a safe table
I want to keep this game fun and lighthearted. To ensure everyone is having the best time they can, I maintain an open-door policy. If you become uncomfortable with something that has occurred in-game, players are more than encouraged to send me a message on Discord and if needed we can pause the game to resolve the issue. We will also be quickly going over lines and veils at the start of the session as well as content warnings. We have X, N, & O cards available on DnD Beyond for players to immediately utilize.
