Creating your character
characters will be level one. you can make your character beforehand or in session 0. There's also pre generated characters in the module to help with quick play, indecisive players or newbies. 32 point buy system.(use chicken dinner points buy calculator and manual on ddb) nothing under 8 or over 18 without racial mods. stats can be rolled in discord in server. 2 re-rolls with !randchar command you can choose after rolling. players can start level 1 every character starts with a feat and all races and classes are available and all feats from races ect. are allowed at each level you get both an asi and a feat 1 uncommon 1 common magical item
What to expect

we definitely need mics, a computer or tablet capable of running roll 20 or at least discord i can send battle map screenshots there and that's where our voice chat will be, a DDB account is also suggested. but dicecloud and roll 20 char sheet work also.

How Grim "The Lucky Bastion" creates a safe table
in session 0 we will discuss character creation backgrounds, professions, and motivations. as well as discussing any hard to approach topics, triggers etc. with the utmost care and compassion by establishing a comfort scale with an open-door policy if at any point the content is overwhelming, we can pause discuss and move on accordingly we will have a pre-game prep and a post-game debrief.
