About the adventure

The city erupts in chaos the moment your boots hit the ground. A “simple extraction” shatters into a night of combat with enemies who seem disturbingly prepared for your arrival. Every street becomes a battlefield, every shadow hides another ambush, and every choice pushes you deeper into a conspiracy powered by a stolen artifact and insatiable greed. You’re level 11, outnumbered, and absolutely done taking anyone’s nonsense. This one‑shot throws you into a relentless gauntlet of high‑velocity stunts, desperate last‑second heroics, and explosive set pieces that escalate until the whole city feels like it’s seconds from detonation. No backup. No time. Just grit, steel, and the stubborn refusal to die before the job is finished. It’s going to be a very good day to roll the die hard.

About me

As an organized and detail-oriented Game Master, I bring rich plot lines and immersive story elements to every campaign and one-shot. I specialize involving players seamlessly into the narrative to create cohesive, unforgettable adventures. With experience spanning decades—from my start with the basic Dungeons & Dragons to my deep love for 3.5 edition—I’ve honed my skills and storytelling craft over time. After returning to 5E four years ago, I’ve been hosting weekly online games that keep players engaged and coming back for more. Currently, I run campaigns using the 2024 Dungeons & Dragons rules on the Shard Tabletop (VTT) platform. Let’s roll the dice and make stories come alive!

Character creation

Creating your character

I will provide the link to my Campaign Discord and Shard Tabletop VTT once signed up. Stats can be rolled on Discord, and characters can be created on the VTT, blending 2014 Species and Sub-Classes with 2024 backgrounds and rule set.

A discord account is required, a free Shard account can be made after clicking the link for the one-shot.

How DocApocalypse creates a safe table

We will do a Session 0 on the Campaign Discord, there won't be anything overtly sexual or graphic gore during the game, and we'll take a 10-minute break at the halfway point.
