About the adventure
Welcome to Willowshore, a seemingly peaceful village with a dark secret. As brave adventurers, you'll wake to find your hometown overrun by mysterious monsters and shrouded in supernatural weather. Uncover the truth behind a curse that traps you within the region, preventing escape. Over the course of four seasons, confront terrifying spirits, sinister fiends, and reality-bending horrors. Brave the eerie Specterwood, purify a corrupted monastery, and pierce the veil of the mysterious Wall of Ghosts. But beware - time itself may not be what it seems in this cursed land. This is a Pathfinder adventure converted into 5e. It is split into 4 acts in the narrative style of "Kishotenketsu", a structure common in Asian storytelling. It is a horror-themed adventure in an oriental setting and is a great chance to explore outside of the typical medieval european fantasy tropes. ā± Pacing: 1 long DM post each day in the evenings (UK time), and a shorter out-of-character message in the morning to reply to any @ pings. Additional replies/posts are subject to my availability throughout the day.

Creating your character
Characters should be created on either roll20, or on dnd beyond with the beyond 20 extension/avrae in use to roll in the virtual tabletop or in discord. Starting Level 2, you will get a free feat from your background, point buy or rolling for stats as your preference. All official content is permitted. A pet/companion is recomended and the starting level can be scaled up or down for the desired difficulty level. I am open to any 3rd party content.

How David creates a safe table
I will be using the RPG Consent Checklist as a safety tool, which players should fill out beforehand and send to me on discord. I also will talk to you 1:1 before we start about expectations, logistics and any safety concerns not covered by the checklist. Players can pause billing at any point if they want to take a break from the game, for any reason, and their seat will be waiting for them when they are ready to play again.
