About the adventure
The established world of the Forgotten Realms helps keep players' grounded in the act of role-playing. It isn't a boardgame. Players begin to imagine/see a different, wondrous, and mysterious world emerge from the moment they create their personalized character, to beginning their first adventure. This emersion into another world, and the commitment to their character's actions, their feelings, and to what drives them is the first prerogative of any campaign. Feeling out how each player wishes to play their character, is extremely important. There are goals for the table as a whole, as well as individual goals specific to each players' characters. The interactions that occur as a result of these choices, ultimately controls how the campaign progresses. As a result, the players must be able to stay present in multiple spaces at once; each individual must be a player as well as their character. They must strive to identify and work toward completing not only the main goal, but also the individual goal of their character. Of equal importance to "in-game" destinies and ever-afters, are the characters' evolution, developing relationships, and triumphs. These aspects can be directly associated accredited to the player, encouraging a third possible completed goal.

About me
Forever DM. Specializing in running home brew Therapeutic DnD campaigns. I first started playing DnD with my uncle over 30 years ago. When he passed, I learned of his significant impact on his local community. He helped guide my younger nieces and nephews, as well as friends and friends of friends. In fact the games he was running when he died, no longer included any blood relations, just youth that needed a safe place to express. After hearing these testimonials I was inspired to try to have a deeper impact on my own community. I now run therapy games as often as possible to allow both young and old the necessary space.
