About the adventure
When your team of highly skilled plunderers hears of the location of the final resting place of Empress Xalahari, you can't help but think you've hit the jackpot. Rumor has it the empress was buried with her entire fortune... and it's all within your grasp. But what you don't know about the tomb of Empress Xalahari can- and will- kill you. Creating your character
If you are comfortable building an optimized 8th level character on your own, please do, but please DO NOT use DnD Beyond. Their default is D&D 5e (2024) while I run D&D 5e (2014). For ability scores, roll 4d6, drop the lowest. Feel free to refer to any official source books. If you can find it on dnd5e.wikidot.com, it's fine by me. If you have any questions at all, feel free to message me.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be playing on Discord, so once you have signed up for the game, message me and I'll send you the invite! Combat will be theater of mind, which means no need for a VTT. If you do not have a set of physical dice, you can use a virtual dice roller.
What Tyann brings to the table
I do voices, but struggle to focus with ambient music. This one shot is a meat grinder. Your character WILL die. I play by the Rule of Cool, so I will reward creativity whenever I can.
Homebrew rules
- Drinking a potion as a bonus action - You gain Inspiration every time you roll a natural 1 - You have advantage on attacks while flanking an enemy

How Tyann creates a safe table
I will send a link to my Lines and Veils document once you've signed up. The document will explain how the system works. Our X, N & O's will be messaged through Discord. Details will be explained before we begin the game. We will take a break approximately half way through the game for twenty or so minutes.
