About the adventure
The game will be Phandelver and Below: Shattered Obelisk taking place in DND's Forgotten Realms world. It'll be a story focused on the town of Phandalin and the surrounding region and the many dangers that lurk there. Players will need to navigate the forests, search the mountains and discover and end the various threats that target this region. Maybe learning more about the world and themselves in the process.

About me
I am a role-playing focused dm and I enjoy creating a fun environment for players to cry laugh and of course play ttrpgs. I tend to get caught in the weeds a bit but my goal is ultimately fun for everyone!

Creating your character
-Stats are decided By Point Buy - Characters are not allowed to multiclass until the following criteria is fulfilled - The character has 5 levels in their base class -They fulfill the Multiclass minimum requirements and have an in game reason that lets them do so (such as receiving training or maybe someone taking wizard levels finds a spell tome to study from, or makes contact with a being of power to become a warlock) -HP when rolling for leveling the house rule is if you get less than hit dice average after you add your con mod to your roll you can take the average instead Example you are playing a Fighter with a +2 to con and for level up you roll a 2 on your hit dice 2+2 is 4 the Average of a d10(your hit die) is 6 (the average of any hit die is half plus 1) so you could instead choose to take a 6 instead (The TOUGH feat applies after this calculation) otherwise I have other Rules available once a player joins my discord
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a Discord account and access to roll20 (doesn't have to be a paid account) Additionally it would be prudent to understand the basics of DND 5e (2014 i will not be using 2024 rules)
What TheAngryFly brings to the table
I bring close to 5 years of professional dming experience as well as some additional sweets such as in game music and crafting rules (for those who care for such things).
Homebrew rules
I have a few main ones, Potions are a BA(pretty standard these days), my own crafting rules, and an inspiration system for the players.

How TheAngryFly creates a safe table
I use Lines and Veils documents prior to game start to better understand my players needs. These can be updated at any time upon request. I also do my best to foster an open and respectful environment on the Discord(majority of play and talking will occur there)
