About the adventure
Twilight 2000 is a roleplaying game of survival in a war-ravaged world in the near future. Players take on the roles of soldiers cut off from home and attempting to survive in a hostile environment. You are survivors of the U.S. 5th Division, all but wiped out in central Poland. The year is 2000. For five years the armies of the world have fought back and forth devastating the planet. Chemical weapons, biological agents, tactical and strategic nuclear weapons, every horror from a technological cornucopia of destruction was used. And in the wake of war came famine and plague, until well over half of the planet's population has been carried away. But the war goes on. Welcome to the US ARMY. You either enlisted or were drafted, barely trained, and sent to central Europe to fight the red wave of communism. Your equipment was brand new in 1995. Now its wearing out. Gasoline is rare, so your vehicles run on grain alcohol that you distill yourself. Your unit, the 5th Infantry Division, whats left, rides horses. Theres not much government left in central Europe, just warlords, marauders and free cities. Even the major powers are collapsing. Some units, even whole divisions are refusing to fight, and are heading home. Your division is gone, and you're hundreds of kilometers behind enemy lines. Fortunately the Soviets are in no better condition. Your job is to stay alive, find food, fuel and spare parts to keep the unit moving, and maybe strike at the enemy. Rule set will be Twilight 2000 1e, Discord and Roll20. Players will take on the role of a Squad (4) soldiers, and a NCO or Officer leader. Characters will be generated in Session 0. Vehicles will be adjudicated in Session 1 once all characters have been fleshed out.

About me
OG GM and player with a flair for detail and verisimiltude. Its all about the experience. A GM should be prepared and offer the players an experience worthy of their time. I expect players to be focused on the game, inject a little humor, and come prepared to tell a cooperative engaging story. I like to run games that are generally investigative, with 60% roleplay and 40% combat. Occasionally I like to run an old school module. I prefer to play AD&D, 5e or Traveller. I have been known to run some RuneQuest, Villains and Vigilantes or GURPS Autoduel. My preferred Game system in HarnMAster or any BRP (RuneQuest) variant such as Call of Cthulhu. I am not an adversarial DM, I like to challenge the players, and their characters, and resolve the logical results of their actions.
