About the adventure

Always wanted to try Pathfinder 2e but didn’t know where to start? Maybe you’ve seen the books, heard people talk about how deep and flexible the system is, or played D&D and wondered what makes PF2e different. This game is your entry point. The Beginner Box features a fun, guided adventure from Level 1 to 3. The rules are introduced as part of play, so you can focus on learning by doing instead of memorizing charts. Step by step, you’ll see how Pathfinder 2e flows, while your character grows from a fresh adventurer into a hero with a place in the story. No experience is required. I’ll guide you through creating a character, or you can choose a pre-generated option if you’d rather jump straight in. Foundry VTT manages the dice, maps, and mechanics, keeping the focus on choices, roleplay, and adventure. At my table you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere where you can learn at your own pace. Every player gets time to shine, and each session balances combat, exploration, and roleplay. By the end of the adventure you’ll not only understand how Pathfinder 2e works, you’ll have lived through a story worth remembering with the people beside you, marking your first step from beginner to hero.

About me

There is a rhythm to a good game, the kind that settles over the table without effort. You can hear it in the dice, in the pauses between decisions, in the way people slip into character without even realizing it. It is something you hold, shape, and trust. That is where stories live, and I sit behind the screen to guide them. Hi, I am Davide. I have been running games for more than two decades, and I love building stories that invite presence, sessions that resonate, and experiences that linger long after the final roll in the form of friendships, memories, and moments that stay with us. My love for storytelling began with my father’s voice. He had a way of narrating tales that filled a room with magic. Every pause, every glance, every word carried meaning. That feeling never left me, and it is what I have been chasing ever since, to recreate that sense of wonder at the table. As a parent raising a child with autism and ADHD, or as I like to say, with a vibrant and unique view of the world, I have learned to listen with more than just ears. Patience, empathy, and presence have become part of who I am. They have also taught me how much people sometimes need a pause, a breath, a moment away from everything pressing in. That is what running a game means to me: offering a space to land, to catch a breath, and to let imagination and joy flourish. A space where time slows down just enough for our inner child to step forward and play again. I manage my tables with a balance of structure, rhythm, and fairness, giving the story room to breathe and the world space to respond. Every choice matters, every silence has weight, and every spark of connection has the chance to grow. This is what I bring to the table. I am the GM who brings people together through story. Connection, immersion, and commitment are at the heart of everything I run. When you sit at my table, you are not only stepping into a world of adventure, you are stepping into a place where stories turn into memories and players turn into companions. If this sounds like the story you have been wanting to step into, then come. Your seat is waiting, and our journey is about to begin.

Safety

How Firehouse Games creates a safe table

Before play begins, we’ll take a few minutes to talk about comfort levels and anything that might be off-limits or triggering. I use simple safety tools such as make sure everyone feels comfortable and respected. everything in need of attention can be discussed before, during or after each session. If anyone is new to Foundry VTT or Pathfinder 2e, I can also give a quick guided tour so you know what to expect. During and after each session, players are welcome to reach out privately if there’s anything they’d like adjusted. The goal is simple: a welcoming table where everyone can relax, have fun, and feel supported as we tell the story together.
