About the adventure
The Night of the Rise is a unique adventure that offers players an alternative to the "hack & slash" approach. The opportunity for role play is high and it is sure to tap into skills and abilities most of your characters never knew they possessed. Not only does it offer a new experience forplayers, but hopefully it has them smiling several times during the session. A town official approaches the adventuring party and asks for their help. A group of bandits, led by the notorious Giles Ne’Ville, has set up a camp and is charging a toll to travel that section of the road. The official asks the adventurers to go to the bandit camp and make them leave – using "whatever means is necessary." What could possibly go wrong?

About me
Hey! I am John and I'd like to GM a game for you. I have over 10 years of experience as a GM running Dungeons and Dragons and Monster of The Week. I have ran games at home, friendly locals game stores, over discord, over stream in actual plays and live in front of audiences! I have a theater and improv comedy background. So I am good with voices and characters. I do enjoy a lot of different fandoms, so it is pretty easy for me to add some references from my players favorites as well. I was told once, "You do stupid well." I love it when things go off the rails. I find great joy in creative and inventive play. Life is just better when we are telling fun and heroic stories at the table I would be honored for the chance to do it that with you and/or your group.

Please have a Level 3 character made using the 2014 rule set. Any official publish content is acceptable. If that reads like total nonsense to you, please let me know. I can have a pre-made character ready for you.
