Character creation

Creating your character

Session 0 will be free and will handle character creation. The character will be created in Foundry or Roll 20, however players who already know the system can create their characters using Pathcompanion. Players will be given access to the Players guide at session 0, or can download the players guide for free online. Characters will all be starting at level 1.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players should all have created an Discord account as well as either a free Forge account or Roll 20 account. They do not need to download any other programs other than discord. They also should not have to pay anything to the hosting sites of Forge or Roll 20.

What Vision brings to the table

Personally i have a pretty laid back style, I will try incorporate as much roleplay as possible and want to break the fantasy as little as possible. I do tend to stick to the core rules as written by Paizo for game mechanics, but will always work with a player if they want to build something specific that the game doesnt account for.

Homebrew rules

I tend to use the popular feat tax rules, these combine some feat lines to make those abilities easier to access. Additionally I am more lenient when it comes to the recovery of hp and ability damage than is written by paizo.
