About the adventure
The Gods have abandoned us in our final hour of need. Their champions slaughtered by our eternal enemy due to their negligence. Kings and queens have bent the knee to the new "order" of the world to keep their power. The legions of the enemy roam the land ensuring their will be done. Darkness pervades any corner from which once shone with light. Those who call this world home scream out for something to change but their shouts fall on deaf ears. With the gods silent mankind cannot hope to overcome the lot they have been dealt. That is unless mankind became their own heroes not relying upon the immense powers of the divine, In Hope's Final Stand you will play as normal everyday people until fate brings you all together to become the ones who will vanquish the darkness in both the world and the hearts of your fellow people. Can you reclaim the world doomed by the Gods or instead fall victim to the darkness waiting around every corner?

About me
Hi! I'm softservebl but my friends call me Joe! I've been involved with ttrpgs since the mid 2010s and have been a GM for the past several years. GMing is what gets me through the otherwise monotonous drone of my life and I always relish the chance to create something fun and unique for those that sit at the table with me. I love multiple systems but have recently found my home with Pathfinder 2e as my main system to run. If you ever wanna try something a little more obscure I am 100% down to run it! My first character I played where I finally understood my style of playing was Henri Riberi a half orc sorcerer who just wanted to be loved by his elder brother and through pestering him for the campaign made some friends along the way.

During Session 0 we will go over character creation, themes, bonds, and everything necessary that is needed to make a character with real ties to the world at large
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We'll be implementing Discord and Foundry VTT through Forge to play the game so as long as you have an account on both everything will be good to go.
What Softservebl brings to the table
We will use Foundry for maps, music and compendiums. While my voices aren't necessarily voice actor material it's what I'm working with.
