About the adventure
You are a member of a salvage crew of four small, fuzzy, six-armed creatures called "skittermanders" who just love to help (whether they're good at it or not!). After coming across a large starship adrift in space, your boss went over to check it out...2 hours ago. It's time for the four of you to do what you do best: Help! Together you will solve the mystery of this adrift starship, rescue your grumpy captain, avert a deadly disaster, fend off greedy space pirates, and more! This is a beginner adventure for Starfinder 1e! No prior knowledge is required, but if you're familiar with d20-based systems, you should have an easy time.

About me
Hi, I'm Andrew! When I'm not GMing, I'm a language and martial arts instructor. I'm nonbinary, I love cats, and I dream of one day designing and building automated greenhouses. I love all sorts of games, but I absolutely love the freedom and creativity that springs from tabletop roleplaying games. I have been playing for over 20 years, starting with 2nd edition D&D, and I started GMing about 9 years ago with Starfinder. I have run Starfinder, Star Wars FFG, Numenera, and Star Trek Adventures. My favorite adventure I've run so far is Starfinder Mechageddon!, an epic game about a squad of mech pilots on a world overrun by giant monsters called colossi.

What Andrew Ensign brings to the table
I use Foundry VTT (virtual tabletop) to create a more immersive experience. I also try to give vivid descriptions, use a variety of voices for NPCs, and pair appropriate music for the current tone. I embrace the Rule of Cool and player creativity!

How Andrew Ensign creates a safe table
For my games I use two primary safety tools: - Lines and veils - X card and other safety cards through Foundry VTT - If there is something else that helps you feel safe in the game, let me know and I am happy to accommodate! These will be explained in Session 0, where we will also establish the tone of the game.
