About the adventure
The Chariot, or the adventurer's guild, has hired a group of third level party members to investigate what's happening in Vestenday-- what is this darkness, and where is it coming from? What happened with the people who've gone missing? This is a semi-gritty, but happy ending achievable, one shot that takes place in my homebrew country of Conclere. I am a loose, rule of cool DM who welcomes newer players.

Creating your character
Make sure to be thinking of an idea of a character that explains why they would be answering the call of an adventurer's guild. The Chariot holds great power in Conclere, as most people have some form of strong opinion on them, and Bliss, the leader, is particularly influential. For clerics or paladins, there's a lot of greek mythology influence but you can do anything you'd like, just run it by me first. There will be a discord we'll talk on :)

Make sure you have a discord and make sure you're thinking about your character.
What Gray brings to the table
Other than music, I utilize theatre of the mind. I like to immerse my players with descriptions, and only use a map during battle (this is a physical map I use in person so I can keep everyone updated on what's going on). We will be using voice chat.
Homebrew rules
Drinking a potion is a bonus action, health potions cost 25gp, mini potions exist and cost 15gp, let me know if you have any questions about something specific!
