About the adventure
The game is structured and straightforward. Each player will have their own reason for going into this dangerous place. The dungeon will have a Meso-American feel and theme. Expect traps, and environmental hazards that will make you feel like Indiana Jones. Although it is heavy on combat and navigation, it is not without its potential for unique roleplay scenarios. I try to give a tailored experience. In the beginning we'll chat about what you're looking for. Some tables want a more roleplay heavy experience, others are combat focused, while others want homebrew rules. I'm flexible to run the game in the style the players prefer while still giving the challenge and story that the book intends. I've ran this dungeon for groups of first timers as well as veteran players. It is always a lot of fun.

About me
I've DMed a few games for many of my friends and it was more fun than I expected. I've upped my game and want to bring that experience to others. Kind of a purist and tend to stick to the book, but am willing to stray if they party just leads down a more organic path.

Creating your character
Players start at Lvl.5 and can expect to go up to Lvl.7 by the end of the dungeon. Stat point distribution is Standard Array. Dnd 2024 rules, Tashas Cauldron of Everything, Xanathar's Guide to Everything. Beyond that (homebrew and such) we can talk about it. At creation, I'll have a brief 5-10 minute chat with each player about their characters background and reasons for going into this place. Feel free to create the character you like, but nothing is concrete until session 0.

What Andrew brings to the table
I will provide ambient music, artwork, and some voices through the use of a voice modifier. I tend to lean into tactical combat and RAW, however, no game is without it's 'Rule of Cool' moments.
Homebrew rules
I like to do drinking potions as a Bonus Action. Beyond that, I'm open to what the group suggests.
