About me

I have been playing and running games for 20+ years and I love running games for more than I like playing in them. I claim the title of forever GM and I love it. I enjoy being the gamemaster and I have spent hours and hours reading books and practicing my craft. I have been running games for friends for most of my life, but I have also been going to conventions and running wild and fantastic one-shots. I love running games with a tactical and tactile space, including curated landing pages and minis with maps in the online space. I also love having props and things available for players in a physical space. Finally, I am a mental health professional so safety is at the forefront of all of my games. I understand that mental health is physical health. I am open and accepting, wanting everyone to feel like they have a space and a voice at the table.

Creating your character

Players will have the ability to choose a character from the Marvel Universe. Any character that they would like to play as. If you want to even create your own character, that is a possibility. We will just need to discuss it ahead of time.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players will need to have an account on Roll20 and they will need to have Discord. A Discord server will be provided to play this out.

Safety

How Jacob “Jake” Stick creates a safe table

To keep my players safe I use a combination of Session 0, Lines and Veils, Aftercare, and Debriefings. I have found that all of these work together to provide a great experience to all players involved.
