About the adventure

This is a level 1-8 adventure set in the Wild Beyond the Witchlight Campaign module suitable for beginners and veterans alike. In this adventure, you and your fellow adventurers will uncover what the Carnival hides and where its winding paths truly lead: into the heart of the Feywild, where whimsy and wonder dance hand-in-hand with danger and dread. This campaign blends roleplay, mystery, and exploration. Choices matter, deals can change everything, and even the smallest kindness may echo throughout the Feywilds.

About me

I run D&D 5e and Call of Cthulhu. If you like questionable decisions, heartbreaking moral consequences, and pretending to be someone else for a few hours, you’ve found your guy. Rules may be followed, occasionally bent, and frequently forgotten at convenient moments. My tone usually hovers somewhere between serious and "why are we like this?"

Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation will be handled exclusively on D&D Beyond. Feel free to reach out if you don't already have the source material.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

We will be using D&D Beyond and my own discord server.

What Kay brings to the table

I have tracks to play, voices to make, and I value rule of cool above all. Don't worry about seeming too serious or too lax, I will make this the best experience I can with whatever you present me.

Homebrew rules

Modified Crits: Rather than roll 2 sets of dice, a critical hit will deal maximum damage presented by the spell/attack Easier Ability Rolls: Present your argument on why an ability roll should be easier and I will consider lowering the DC.
