The themes are: - Web of intrigue (heavy) - Personal drama (heavy) - Vampirism and damnation (medium) - Historical drama (light) ☦️[Mega Campaign]☦️ This campaign is set to take around 30-33 sessions that will be separated by two downtime sections, giving players ample opportunity to explore the personal story and assets of their character. 📚[Story]📚 The fall of Constantinople to the Fourth Crusade in 1204, a dark moment in the annals of history. Yet amid the chaos, the noble family of Palaiologoi refused to surrender to the invaders. Their commitment to preserving the Byzantine Empire was unparalleled, their resolve unbreakable. Fleeing to the Empire of Nicaea, a successor state ruled by the Laskaris family, the cunning Byzantine nobles occupied many offices of high rank and sought to restore the beauty of their Empire and the grace of God. Through the pages of history, the Palaiologoi family faced numerous challenges, each one threatening to crush their spirit and undermine their cause. But their determination to preserve the Byzantine Empire remained steadfast, a beacon of hope that inspired all those who fought alongside them. And then, the historic downfall of Constantinople in 1453 took place, taking its Emperor along with it. The Palaiologoi family was not spared, and it seemed like their dreams had been shattered. But the story of their journey is incomplete, for there were some unseen forces that one would never expect - the Kindred, those who sought to further their own goals, going side by side with the emperor of Byzantium. Preparing for the session
All players need a Alchemy and a discord accounts for the game and, since we'll be playing online, a good enough mic is essential. It's also important to read the basic rules Vampire 5th edition, before the game so that things flow better, and beginner players can feel free to message me with any questions they may have.

How Babis creates a safe table
You're about to experience living in the grim setting of the World of Darkness -where the lines of morality blur, and human suffering runs amok. It's a Dostoyevski-an setting that exults the desperation of living in a gloomy, dark city. That being said, I will never bring you forth into a situation that makes you feel uncomfortable. As such, I implement session 0 as well as the "lines and veils" system, that alongside an extensive talk and discussion, will give each other a concrete idea of what you want to avoid in the game. One thing that you won't find in the game is "player betrayal" and active PVP. Surely characters can keep secrets between them, but never to sabotage or outright ruin another player's roleplaying gameplay experience.
