About me

Hi! My name is Indy. I’ve been playing TTRPGs for about 6 years, and have been GMing for just about the entire time. I’ve been GMing professionally for over a year now. I started with Dungeons and Dragons, but eventually branched out to other systems that I have fallen in love with. I’m waiting to get a little more confident with those systems before I start running them professionally. I love teaching new players. During the pandemic, I taught all my friends (and some family) how to play D&D, because everyone’s schedules suddenly became very open. I corrupted the majority of my theatre company during that time. I hope to continue my shenanigans with you all!

Character creation

Creating your character

I will have premade characters for this one-shot.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

All you need are accounts on Discord and Roll20, as well as some way to roll dice (physical if you have them, otherwise an online roller also works)

What Indy brings to the table

I'm a huge fan of the Rule of Cool! I'll let you at least try most things (within reason). I try my best to do voices, but I really only have a couple, so bear with me. I also enjoy using ambient and combat music when I can :)

Homebrew rules

Drinking a potion is a bonus action. Critical hits are double damage.

Safety

How Indy creates a safe table

I use X, N, & O Cards for this. The "cards" can simply be a message to me privately during the game. I always have messages pulled up on the side so I will see the message immediately.
