About the adventure
You are a member of Delta Green, a top secret government agency sent to protect the American people from the abominations that crawl beyond starlight. Recent television broadcasts have displayed anomalous mutations. This task force is assembled in response, to investigate, to uncover. Above all else, keep civilians in the dark. It's safer on the beaches of ignorance than where you will tread, deep into a sea of static from beyond the stars. MISSION BRIEFING: Operation FARADAY - Anomalous interference noted by general public in WSHP-TV Channel 17 television broadcast originating from Summit Heights, PA on 08/30/89 at 1:23pm. - Letters sent to the station by witnesses a grey, feminine face emerging from the static of their sets. Repeated emphasis on the apparition's abnormally large eyes. This lasted for 3 seconds before a return to regular programming. - Interference reoccurred 10/01/89 at 12:03am lasting approximately 38 seconds. - Few details as to the contents of this broadcast are available. Concerned viewers described it as containing "disturbing text and images". - The sole interference recorded by the broadcaster occurred on 10/04/89 at 4:59pm ahead of the 5 o'clock news. The full recording of this interference is available upon request. - Extraterrestrial and/or extradimensional entity(s) are suspected culprits. - You are to track down and eliminate the source of these broadcasts, preferably before any potential entity(s) cause significant harm to civilian viewers. The investigations in this campaign will vary tonally and in content, primarily centered on supernatural television broadcasts.

About me
Hi, I'm Lyra, a 20 year old trans woman, running TTRPGs almost constantly since the 8th grade. I love horror media, from movies and TV to books, podcasts, and games. I frequently draw inspiration from these when planning TTRPG sessions. Some of my earliest memories are of telling stories to my peers, whether to entertain or just for personal enjoyment. I have not, nor will I ever, use large language models, machine learning, or any other form of "AI" in any art I create. This includes all TTRPGs I run. I believe this is a moral and spiritual imperative for all artists. Creating your character
Prior to Session 0 I ask that players come up with a rough concept for a character, to be hammered out and interwoven with other characters during Session 0. Players are free to use their preferred home for character sheets, I just request that a copy of the completed sheet be sent to me prior to the first session and after each change to the sheet. Players are free to make use of any officially published content.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
To partake in this campaign you will receive a link to a Discord server privately which I ask that you join. This will require having or creating an account. The game will be hosted through a call in this server, a microphone is mandatory, however camera is optional. Additionally, maps will be hosted through Roll20, the link will be provided after you join the discord server. Joining the Roll20 campaign will require having or creating and account.
What Lyra brings to the table
As your GM my first priority is your immersion within the story. To this end I employ a full playlist of ambient tracks to score the session, as well as a variety of voices for the wide cast of NPCs featured in this campaign. I will also intertwine your character with the world and with other NPCs, connecting you to the mysteries you will be investigating.

How Lyra creates a safe table
Prior to the start of the game a Session 0 will be held during which Lines and Veils will be established. All that essentially means is that we'll discuss several themes and you as players will choose how much you'd like to see each come up. If you feel at any point that somebody has violated the Lines and Veils or that you need there to be an update to the list please contact me as soon as possible so I can make the appropriate alterations and inform the other players. During the campaign players may use X, N, and O cards at any time, either verbally or via chat. These tools are explained in detail below. There should be no shame or fear about halting game flow to use these tools. Your safety is more important than the story. After every session I intend to stay on call to discuss and chat about events in the session in a calm and lighthearted environment.
