About the adventure
Your search for a missing butcher leads you to a wizard in distress. Brave the cellars of the tower to defeat the monster below. This is a level 2 adventure by Sarah Angell, and is one of the most unforgettable modules within the Shots in the Dark anthology. ABOUT THE GAME: An isometric, one-shot dungeon crawl hosted on Foundry and video (or just audio) chat on Discord. Experienced or new players welcome, but you'll need to make (or have) one or two level 2 characters at the ready. Shadowdark is a grim and challenging system where you (not your sheet) are your character's saving grace. It's simple, easy to learn, and fun! You'll need at least one level 2 character, for this adventure. If you don't already have them, head on over to www.shadowdarklings.net and make two.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
When you're finished, making your characters on shadowdarklings, export them to JSON files (the bottom of the page shows you how to do that), and throw them into the discord. I'll create the image for you.

Homebrew rules
We'll be running on Pulp Mode, which entails: ā¢ There are no maximum luck tokens a player can have. ā¢ Players start every session with 1d4 luck tokens. ā¢ You can use a luck token to turn a hit into a critical hit. ā¢ You can use a luck token to take an extra action. ā¢ You can use a luck token to force the GM to reroll a roll.
