About the adventure

You will join a long-established maritime world shared with past crews, where the seas remember victories, betrayals, and sunken ships. Beginning as a newly formed pirate band with your own vessel, you will raid, trade, explore uncharted waters, and carve your reputation into the Twelve Seas. This is a high-adventure naval campaign focused on freedom, consequence, and ambition. You will face rival crews, shifting alliances, port politics, and the looming threat of Joremo the Warlock and his navy, whose influence shapes the opening arc. Strongholds can be founded and expanded, fleets assembled, and your name carried across the waves. Death is possible. Power is earned. This is designed as a standalone sandbox arc, with the potential for a campaign to scale toward level 20 and beyond (legendary levels 20–30) for groups that choose to continue. Milestone leveling ensures steady advancement, with early levels secured through Session 0 and Session 1.

About me

This section asks to list my experience GMing and my experience with tabletop games. This almost baits me to brag, so the following answer is in matter of fact fashion, to the point. - "Tabletop games" is a broad category, so I will skip Monopoly, Scramble, Mafia, Splendor, Fallout, Cards against Humanity, Uno, Carcassonne etc. Only to say, yes, I thoroughly enjoyed those games. - Started off at school as Warhammer fan, but I found I liked painting minifigs with friends way more than core rule-book games. I liked communal aspect, and connection, so I gathered them, made it a point to schedule during year 9 and 10. - Hosted D&D club back in middle school and high school (GCSE and A-levels for my fellow Brits), we ran classic dungeon crawls in 3e, had a blast painting minifigs, organising and hosting all whilst introducing new players into the hobby. - Throughout university years and up until now, hosted TTRPGs both in private and public groups (Uni clubs and local Game stores wherever I happened to live at the time), ever since covid run campaigns online via Discord. - D&D 5e, WoD (including Mage the Ascention, Werewold the Apocalypse 3e, and Vampire the Masquerade), from Talsorian: Witcher and fully chromebooked cyberpunk 2020. Overall, I am a classic forever GM, who even got to play here and than, as most of my players ended up graduating into GMs, each for their individual reasons. I love people, and I love gifting them with fleeting connection of private good times.

Character creation

Creating your character

DM me to create a character together in a call up to 1 day before the session, or create a lvl 1 character yourself using 2014 D&D 5e rules (https://2014.5e.tools/), standard array. Taking an Variant Sailor (Pirate) Background is recommended, but not obligatory. OR choose from existing pre-generated 5 options of ready characters, all fit for the adventure and the setting

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Message me on Start Playing platform that you consent to sessions being recorded for quality and training purposes. The recording will never be posted to wider public (I cross my heart). Updated and Leveled up Character List, Stable Internet connection, Discord, Microphone, Camera, other input devices (e.g. keyboard, mouse), some tea with biscuits (I'm joking). Come in good humour and high spirits.
