About the adventure
In the lantern‑lit streets of Little Kara‑Tur, ancient magic stirs beneath the surface. When a young woman is abducted by the Storm Fists — a masked gang serving a long‑cursed sorcerer — the heroes are drawn into a whirlwind of martial‑arts battles, mystic rituals, and neon‑bright danger. Their pursuit leads them through dumpling dish gambling halls, narrow alleyways and finally into the Spirit Palace, a realm below the King Wong Pawnshop, where jade corridors twist like serpents and spirits whisper from every shadow. To stop Lo Pangs ascension, the party must face monk gangsters, elemental warriors, a beholderkin, and the sorcerer himself — a being caught between worlds, desperate to reclaim his mortal form. The fate of the bride, the district, and perhaps the boundary between spirit and flesh hangs in the balance. Big Trouble in Little Kara‑Tur delivers a cinematic blend of wuxia action, supernatural intrigue, and dark humor, perfect for players who want to drive a carriage through a gangwar, punch ghosts in the face, and crash the most dangerous wedding in the East.

Meet the Game Master
About me
As an organized and detail-oriented Game Master, I bring rich plot lines and immersive story elements to every campaign. I specialize in weaving player backstories seamlessly into the narrative to create cohesive, unforgettable adventures. With experience spanning decades—from my start with the Red Box Dungeons & Dragons to my deep love for 3.5 edition—I’ve honed my skills and storytelling craft over time. After returning to 5E four years ago, I’ve been hosting weekly online games that keep players engaged and coming back for more. Currently, I run campaigns using the 2024 Dungeons & Dragons rules on the Shard Tabletop Virtual Tabletop (VTT) platform. Let’s roll the dice and make stories come alive!
